Fresh Design
I strive for design that is both comfortable and simple. Function dictates the shape while ornamentation is kept to a minimum. I try to let the materials speak for themselves, and I believe that utility leads to elegance.
Old School Tools
While I do use everything from a table saw to a CNC router, I try to have as much contact with the wood as possible. Old hand tools were what both my grandfathers used to build houses. They last forever and they give you a finish that can’t be matched by power planers and sanders.
